I bet you are wondering who I am? My face looks well travelled don’t you think? Could I be the new TTG’s Face of Travel? I certainly hope so... Hello potential voters! Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Joy (my personality reflects my name so my colleagues say!) Born and bred in Liverpool although I have previously lived in London over the years. I have worked in travel for 5 years and I’d love for you to peruse my aptly named ‘Travel C.V. in a Nutshell’: Travelocity (online leisure company), Air miles (British Airways/ call-centre), HRG (big BT company), and currently Portman (Indie BT company). Every aspect of front-line travel explored and excelled in. Customer service is my name, satisfaction is my game! Cheesy but true folks!

Now I feel it is time for me to delve into the industry from the other side, where issues are raised and decisions are made. I’d have my finger on the pulse of this vast, fast beating industry. What will I discover? Who will I meet? What decisions will I agree with? My feet are itching to tread the red carpet and my hands are wriggling in anticipation of writing a dazzling report back to you all!
