Wow!!!!! The Face of Travel 2009 - some say I have the face for radio, hahahaha. Please vote for me to prove them wrong, and as they say "you have to be in it to win it," so here I am. I am Joanne Turner, I work at Thomson in Manchester and absolutely LOVE IT!! The shop is buzzing, and we have a great team. It really is a joy to be at work as we have so much fun. The customers make my day - don't think I'm ready for an office job just yet!! I have worked here for 8 years, previously working at Going Places for 7 years. During my time here I have achieved various employees of the month, top seller awards, employee of the year, FX Excellence, agent of the month for various companies, business development ideas, amazing customer service reports, outstanding mystery shopper reports and more...
Would be a dream should I win this competition. So many lovely prizes, but also a chance for me to represent every one of us travel agents out there. Do you think that I can be the Face of 2009?
